Seminole Leagues soccer program is designed to teach the fundamentals of the world’s most popular sport. Skills taught include kicking, passing, dribbling, and shooting. Children will develop speed, endurance, and an intellectual understanding of the game.
The focus of the league is to have fun, meet new friends and play soccer in a non-competitive environment. We promote and teach teamwork, friendship, and good sportsmanship, to develop players beyond the game of soccer. Our goal is to foster a love for the game and desire to work hard to achieve your goals. Our coaches are volunteers.
Practices will last around 60 to 75 minutes, with weekly games on Saturdays. Games will consist of 4, fifteen minute quarters, with no more than four players per team on the field at one time and no overtime periods in the event of a tie. All children will have to opportunity to participate in each game.
Players are required to wear shin guards.
